The cottage is the old school of the hamlet of Vaugermain, in the heart of the Chablisian. The house is independent and is located at the exit of the village. The hamlet of Vaugermain is located 6 kms from Vermenton, 14 kms from Chablis, 22 kms from Auxerre, 10 kms from Irancy.

The cottage consists of:

On the ground floor: a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, wine cellar, fridge and freezer; a dining room; a living room with HI-FI, DVD, TV; a fireplace with insert; a toilet; a bathroom; a small room for 2 people of 9m2 with a bed of 140x190.

On the first floor: a bedroom for two people of 19m2 with a bed of 140X190; a room for two people of 10m2 with two beds of 90x190; a room for three people of 25m2 with 1 bed of 140x190 and a bed of 90X190; a lingerie with washing machine; a toilet; a bathroom.

Outside: 800m2 of flat land, a covered dining area with fridge, dishes, table, chairs; charcoal barbecue; direct access to the pool (see conditions), garden furniture.

Parking: possibility to enter the car in the driveway or park on the sidewalk along the ground.

Swimming pool: 10X4, heated from May to September, open from 10am to 8pm, nocturnal on request, children under parental supervision, child safety door, pool lounge, deckchairs.

Visit: visit and free tasting at the micro-brewery "La Vaugermaine" located at 30m (10% discount for the customers of the cottage on the purchase of beers), winemaker's cellar from 8kms, all shops at 4kms.
