We put at your disposal a heated pool, a shower to rinse before entering the pool.
In order to guarantee the maximum safety for all, to make your stay pleasant and to maintain the facilities in good condition, tenants are requested to comply with the regulations of the Relaxation Area and undertake to respect the safety and hygiene instructions in the interest of all.
Any breach of this regulation is likely to result in the outright prohibition and without notice of access to the pool.Article 1 – Any person who has not accepted the said regulation by his signature at the bottom of the copy given by the owner is not entitled to the relaxation area (swimming pool).
The swimsuit is mandatory in the pool.
Article 2 – The relaxation area is open to tenants from 10am to 8pm, except in cases of force majeure (bad weather, cleaning, etc.). If you would like to swim outside of these hours, please contact us.
Article 3 – The pool being a private pool belonging to the owners, its use is reserved only for members of the family of the owners and their friends and tenants staying in the cottage "l'École buissonnière".
The owners remind the users of the pool, the absence of supervision, therefore it is the responsibility of the adults vis-à-vis all tenants registered in their contract.
Article 4 – Children under 13 years old, not accompanied by an adult parent, are not allowed to access the pool area.
They must be under the supervision of a responsible adult who knows how to swim (in order to avoid any risk of accidents, we ask you to monitor especially young children)
Children must not under any circumstances be left alone at the edge of the pool.
If necessary, when swimming, babies will be compulsorily equipped with special diapers.
Article 5 – The users of the pool undertake:
- to take a shower before swimming.
- To remove your shoes before entering the relaxation area and to access barefoot or wearing sandals adapted to the beach in tiled pool.
- Do not leave any objects before leaving (risk of obstructing the filtration or the robot but also risk attracting children). It is forbidden to introduce any glass object or container into the pool grounds. Drinks will be brought in plastic containers (see Vaugermaine glasses in the cottage)
- To close the child safety door after each departure from the relaxation area.
Article 6 – Access is prohibited to any person in a state of intoxication or obvious uncleanliness as well as in the event of a contagious disease.
Article 7 – It is forbidden to
- bathing at night
- open the protective shutter if it is in place, the pool must be considered closed.
- to dive: depth of the basin 1m20 – 1m60
- throw or push someone else into the water
- use soap or any other similar product in the pool
- to splash the participants in the swim, to take the water out of the pool in any way whatsoever "bomb in the water", etc..
- to shout, to organize violent games in the vicinity and in the pool
- to spit in and around the pool
- to throw objects, pebbles, pieces of wood... or any object likely to injure someone and / or damage the liner (any damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the manager)
- to run around the pool, to run on the beach of the pool when it is wet.
- it is strictly forbidden to access the technical room and to touch the electrical installations.
Article 8 – Any user of the pool must be covered by a civil liability insurance and acknowledges releasing the owners from any responsibility in terms of safety related to the supervision of all persons participating in the stay.
Article 9 – The owners, on repeated breach of one of the articles may withdraw the authorization that they have previously granted without compensation whatsoever.
Article 10 – The garden furniture available around the pool is under the responsibility of the users who must take all measures and precautions to keep it in good condition.
