RULES OF PROCEDURE

This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.
Arrival and departure

• Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4pm.
• Departure times are scheduled in the morning at 11 a.m.
• On your arrival you will be given the keys, the internal regulations, the discharges and conditions for the use of the pool, an inventory.
• An inventory would be made at the beginning and end of the stay.

Reminder: The time spent on cleaning: must take place before departure, before the deadline of departure.

This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets and pillows in accordance with the inventory. You must necessarily leave the fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers.
Sheets and other linen house (bed adornments, towels. tea towels ...) are provided. Each mattress and pillow are equipped with mattresses that must be clean and kept on departure.

• The beds will be made upon your arrival,
• A kit is at your disposal upon arrival (garbage bags, sponges, coffee filters, laundry, dishwasher lozenges, products household, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil ... ) Be kind enough to renew for other arrivals.

Reminder: before your departure the bed trims must be deposited at the foot of each bed, towels will be put in the bathtub.

• All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and ensure their cleanliness.
• The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price.
• However in order to best respect the environment, please turn off lights when you leave a room, do not let the water flow unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for a long time if you use heating.
• All amenities are at your provision, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except paper hygienic.
• Each access door to the dwelling is equipped with key lock. Be sure to close them well during any outing places. You are responsible for any theft and degradation in in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

Reminder: in the case of a blocking (clogged WC), pumps, lifting station, system sanitation due to malevolence, the responsibility of the tenant is engaged.

The tenant is committed to complying with download laws and of consultation.s of sites. In the event of a request from the authorities competent, the owner of the cottage will transmit the contact details of the tenant who has benefited from the said connection.

The pool is subject to acceptance of the specific regulations.

Use in season: wood provided.

• Please respect the tranquility of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. The sound volume inside and outside the property must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood. In case of conflict or complaint we reserve the right to exclude the clients causing the disorder.
• For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 7am.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
• In case of emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for firefighters. 15 for Samu, 17 for police. 112 for laptops). One fire extinguisher was placed in the dwelling.
• Throughout the stay, children are under the responsibility of their parents.
• The pool can present dangers of drowning, do not let children walk there alone without being accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
• Tenants undertake to ensure that the windows are closed in the event of a risk of rain (and in particular thunderstorms)
• The windows must be closed in case of absence. Any degradation of the made of rains inside will be attributable to the tenant.
• The tenant is obliged to contract with his company Insurance a civil liability protection Rental called " VILLEGIATURE " ensuring all the premises entrusted to it, for damage such as fire, explosion, water damage which could be caused by himself or by his hosts and throughout the rental period. A certificate of insurance issued in the name of the tenant must be attached to the rental contract.

Reminder: The owner can in no way be held responsible for the accidents or damage that could occur in the property, on the parking, or in the access or exit maneuvers. For security of children the entrance gate of the portal will have to be systematically Closed. A portal key is at your disposal. Thank you of your understanding.

A package cleaning can apply at the end of the stay, if the customer has not chosen to carry out the cleaning of the premises himself or if an inventory of the premises after the customer leaves indicates that the cleaning was insufficient. In that case. the cleaning package (the amount of which is indicated in the contract) includes in particular the cleaning of parts and linen of House. However, please be careful not to leave the accommodation in disorder by ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and dishes not to mention emptying the garbage cans.

• The sanitary facilities, toilet, shower and washers, siphons must be cleaned and disinfected.
• The appliances (fridge, LV, LL, coffee maker, microwave...) must be cleaned and stored.
• Furniture (chairs, sofas, tables...) must be vacuumed and cleaned.
• Dishes (covered, plates, glasses, dishes...) must be cleaned and stored.
• Floors should be vacuumed and cleaned.

IT IS THE SAME WITH REGARD TO OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT (tables, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, deckchair, outdoor lounge ...)

Some garbage cans are made available to you. Thank you for following the rules sorting: yellow bins for cardboard, plastic and metal – green bin, for household waste, as for glass a container is at your disposal a little higher on the right, then on the left of the cottage.

Reminder: when you check out, please do not leave nothing in the garbage cans and make them clean (unless you have subscribed to the cleaning package, only emptied).

If permission to stay with a pet is granted, the tenant agrees to return the rental in a state of impeccable cleanliness. Not allowing the presence to appear in any way an animal during the stay, including outside the dwelling. The animals should never be left in the dwelling in the absence of their master. Any degradation due to animals is at the expense exclusive of the tenant and will be deducted from his deposit.

2 to 3 vehicles

You can use charcoal in the barbecue, but the barbecue must be rid of its ashes.

According to stay (long or short) we will have to intervene during your stay for mowerting, watering flowers, maintenance of the pool. We will ensure that your privacy is respected.

• In in case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us without wait. We will do our best to remedy the situation. None refund of troubleshooting or repair will not be taken into account without our consent.
• In case of breakage, disaster or degradation thank you to report it during your stay, even if no damage seems to apparent. In the event of loss or damage to a component of the dwelling, the the amount of the security may be reduced by the cost of restoration, or a possible replacement.
